Protune

Background

In creating a successful young entrepreneurs and knowledgeable, Program Tunas Commerce (Protune) has been introduced in the State and PKNP serves as the implementing agency of the state in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Education. PKNP constantly monitoring schools to ensure the company Protune Tunas Niaga conduct business in accordance with guidelines laid down Protune is rebranding Young Entrepreneur Program has been implemented since 1989 under the Implementation Coordination Unit, Prime Minister's Department, Malaysia.

In 1990 the Young Entrepreneurs Program management is transferred under management of the Ministry of Public Enterprises (KPA) and its management was transferred once again under the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development from 1995 to 2007. Then in 2007 until 2013, the management of this program is under the Ministry International Trade and Industry (MITI).

At the start, a total of 9 schools are involved, then the number of entries increased school regularly until in 2014 the participation of 40 schools in the school.
In 2015 a total of 40 secondary schools in Pahang joined Protune with the participation of 1,000 students and 40 teachers Advisors.

Mision

Protune mission is to promote entrepreneurial culture among secondary school students towards empowering the indigenous economy.

Training Module

MODULE 1

Briefed the principals School aims to provide information about the objectives, the annual calendar, the expectations and the achievement of the targeted implementation of this program;

MODULE 2

Courses Training of Trainers (TOT) Teachers Advisors aims to provide an understanding and appreciation of the real target Protune program implementation so as to guide the student based on the modules and the actual business management procedures. Among other things, this module is able to outline the Guide to Teachers Advisors to deliver the latest information on business concepts as guiding how the procedure of preparation of annual report of the Company for preparation for both the State and National Conventions.

MODULE 3

Seminar Management Member States (Students) geared guidance to the Member States in the management of a company over managing and administering Sdn Bhd, the duties and responsibilities Member of the Management Company, Administrative Management, Financial Management and Analysis of the Production and Promotion.

MODULE 4

Kem Tunas Commerce implemented to foster the values of leadership and self-esteem within Member States management and shareholders in order to be competitive, resilient and forward Bedaya. This culture must be applied so that they cope with challenges and obstacles in real business situations. The program is allergic Motivation Talk, Team Bilding and Creativity Workshop.

MODULE 5

Presentation Skills Workshop conducted to educate students about tactics and techniques that are competent to carry out the presentation of the company's performance and foster self-confidence of students to make presentations in an effective and confident. Among the workshops are 'communicataion skills, personality grooming and also multimedia presentation.

MODULE 6

Workshop on Preparation of Annual Report & Liquidation Company emphasizes and exposure on liquidation procedure, the initial setup before dissolution, the estimated distribution of dividends and the preparation of annual reports Tunas Commerce Program. It includes documentation of all aspects of the company's achievements, especially in the Company's Financial Statements, products or services offered, promotion undertaken and administrative performance as a whole.

MODULE 7

State Level Tunas Convention Commerce aims to assess the company's performance during the Program Tunas Commerce 9 months of operation in addition to giving the award at the State level and in addition to aiming for election to represent District National Convention. In this State Convention, Member States are required to make a presentation management performance of each annual report.

MODULE 8

Commerce National Convention Tunas was held to evaluate the company's performance Tunas Commerce Program for representatives of State from around the country. In this National Convention, Member States are required to make a presentation management performance of each annual report to be evaluated for the award at the national level.

MODULE 9

Disclosure Program Informational where Member Management Company and the Shareholders will be given the opportunity and exposure through entrepreneurial tour to companies Bumiputera entrepreneurs who have been successful in addition to participating in workshops, carnival or expositions organized by the central government, state government or agencies involved in developing entrepreneurship program.

MODULE 10

Post Mortem & Improvements to assess the achievements that have been achieved over the program operates. The session was held in the form of term prospect Mind, Program Performance Report Tunas Commerce and action to enhance and improve the quality of management of the company in the future.
