Infrastructure Development

• Infrastructure development projects included construction of roads and bridges, light installation as well as mechanical works and were completed on 15 July 2011.

Electricity Supply System Development

• Development of the electricity distribution system which included the Transmission Main Intake (PMU), Main Distribution Sub-station (PPU), Main Switching Station and Compact Substations was fully completed in December 2017. The 35.6 MV capacity of interim power supply is expected to be connected by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) in October 2019.

Water Supply System Development

• The construction of a 600,000.00 gpd water tank as well as pipeline installation work in the TAMP area has been completed.
• Currently, the project is supported by the Ganchong Water Plant Phase 3A Development Project by the East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC), where pipeline construction work is expected to be completed by December 2019.
