PKNP took the initiative to implement the QE/5S Quality Environment Practice at the end of 2009 to improve service quality for customer satisfaction. PKNP only took four months to receive the QE/5S Quality Practice through the QE/5S Certification Audit by Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) on 28 April 2010. The PKNP 5S Audit Committee monitors regularly the implementation of the 5S Audit in accordance with the standards/criteria set by Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
