A) How much down payment do I need to spend?
PSDC charge a prepayment of 10% of the sales price. However prepayment sometimes charged at RM300 only.
B) When do I have signed a Sale and Purchase agreement?
Buyers must sign a sales and purchase agreement during the Declaration of Acceptance or at least returned within 14 days from the date of the offer.
C) Are PSDC bear the legal costs?
Legal costs financed by the pembeli.Walau however free legal costs if any special offers.
D) When can I get the keys?
The key may be granted after the transfer is made and the demands of the bank has been completed.
E) Can I use more than one name to make a purchase?
Can.
