PKNP initiated the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), MS ISO 9002:1994 on 12 August 1997.
The main focus of PKNP Quality Management is to meet the needs of customers, stakeholders, rules and regulations as well as government orders.
PKNP’s QMS was improved to implement the latest version of standard requirements, ISO 9001: 2000 on 7 December 2001, followed by ISO 9001: 2008 on 2 November 2009, then ISO 9001:2015 on 9 July 2018. The scope was extended to cover all organisational activities including investment monitoring and corporate services.
PKNP has been able to maintain its certification for 21 years without non-conformity (unconditionally renewed).
