You only need to follow four simple steps
- Get the current payment amount that needs to be settled by referring to the latest invoice or call 09-5658 585 for any inquiries regarding the invoice.
- Obtain the PKNP Biller Code : 71696
- Get Ref-1: Customer No. on your invoice or contact 09-5658 585 for inquiries.
- Get Ref-2: Invoice No.
The Biller Code is a unique number used to identify the Biller for JomPAY. The Biller Code for PKNP is 71696.
Ref-1 is a unique number used by PKNP to identify your account.
Ref-2 is the invoice number for payment reference.
No. Ref-1 for JomPAY PKNP is fixed based on the customer's account. Customers are encouraged to update it as a favorite after successfully making the first transaction.
Here are the simple steps to use JomPAY Online:
1. Log into internet banking/mobile banking.
> Select Bill Payment > Find the JomPAY menu
2. Start the payment transaction.
> Enter the Biller Code, Ref-1, and Ref-2
3. Select your account, whether current, savings, or credit card*
4. Enter the payment amount and proceed with the payment.
> A receipt will be displayed for each successful transaction
5. Update as Favorites for future payments.
6. Done.
All customers of the 40 participating banks can use JomPAY.
The payment limits for JomPAY are as follows:
Minimum limit - RM1.00
Maximum limit - No limit
