Jerantut Housing & Commercial projects in Taman Saujana Utama, Jerantut is a mixed development project located within the Jerantut Industrial Area. It is located about 1.0 km to Jerantut Town Centre and is between the Jerantut – Temerloh main road. The area is equipped with complete infrastructure and a well-planned buffer zone. Construction began in 2012 for Phase I of Package 1 and is already sold out.
The Commercial Project (Phase 2) is complete and received CCC in June 2018. Meanwhile, the Housing Project Phase 1 (Package 2) is also complete and received CCC in August 2018.
