The Bandar Indera Mahkota commercial area is another project developed by PKNP on a land area of 3.0 acres, Sector II, Bandar Indera Mahkota. With its strategic location approximately 5 km from the Kuantan City Center and facing the main road between Kuantan City Center and Sungai Lembing, this commercial area offers excellent accessibility.
Construction of this project began in November 2007 and was completed in 2009, with all units sold out.
