Housing Phase 2, Bandar Baru Chendor, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Kuantan District
The Bandar Baru Chendor Phase 2A housing project is developed to continue the Phase 1 housing project. It is located behind the 22 units of two-story shops from Phase 1.
Construction of this project began in 2008 and was completed in early 2009, with all 20 units of single-story twin houses sold out.
